Truck driver files personal injury lawsuit for horrific burns

Allen Ramirez, a tanker truck driver, has filed a personal injury lawsuit against AGE Refining for his disabling and disfiguring burn injuries he sustained when his tanker exploded at a refueling station on May 5.

The negligence lawsuit claims that AGE failed to take safety precautions which would have prevented the accident.
