According to the report, the cameras will be placed:
- 2900 East Bay street — called “The Bay Street Curve”
- Near the intersection of North Orchard and 26th streets near Downing Elementary School.
The city is phasing in the cameras with a two week warning period in which car owners will receive a letter but will not be fined. Starting December 2, any owner of a car photographed speeding will receive a citation which includes a $101 fine.
