The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission along with Target Corporation has issued a voluntary recall of Halloween Flashlights imported by Target and manufactured by DGI LLC, of Warren N.J. and Tien Hsing of Wanchai, Hong Kong. The flashlights are dangerous and pose a burn hazard as they can overheat and melt.
The recall involves two types of flashlights: the mini flashlights and flashlights with stencils. The mini flashlight sold for $1 and the flashlight with stencil sold for $2.50
Consumers can return the flashlights to any Target store for a full refund.
