Four people were seriously injured in the Seattle pedestrian accident with injuries that include fractured vertebrae, a brain injury and pelvic and leg fractures. The injured were taken to Harborview Medical Center where two of the victims remain in serious condition.

Prior to the pedestrian accident, a construction worker who witnessed the accident reported seeing Wright speeding.

When a driver is charged with Vehicular Assault, he or she is tried by the State of Washington.
