2 people die in Columbia River boating accident near Wishram, one is missing

Two people have drowned and another person is missing in a fishing boat accident on the Columbia River near Wishram, Washington. A fourth person was rescued after accident and is being treated for hypothermia.

According to the Yakima Herald.com, the boating accident occurred Friday morning around 7:45am when the 18-foot fishing boat capsized amidst high winds of 25 to 35mph and gusts to 40mph and heavy swells.

Yakama Tribal Council chairman said that all four fishermen were enrolled in the Yakama tribe.
