Man killed in Snoqualmie Pass snowmobile accident near I-90

James V. Okada was killed in a snowmobiling accident near Interstate 90 next exit 70 outside of Easton reports The Seattle Post-Intelligencer.

According to the report, Okada was traveling at a high rate of speed on East Sparks Road near Easton when he must have hit a guardrail. He was not wearing a helmet. The report said that the road was slick and snow was falling.

Apparently Okada had been drinking at the Parkside Lounge shortly before the motor vehicle accident.
