Driver arrested in pedestrian accident in Seattle’s International District

A 32-year-old man was arrested and booked on investigation of vehicular assault after he hit a 56-year-old woman with his van on Fifth Avenue South and South Jackson street reports The Seattle Post Intelligencer. Police believe he may have been intoxicated at the time of the accident.
