Young woman seriously injured in construction accident at Naval Base Kitsap-Bremerton
A 24-year-old construction worker was seriously injured in a construction accident at Naval Base Kitsap-Bremerton on Monday afternoon. According to a report on KOMO News.com, the woman was injured when crews were moving fabricated concrete pilings and one fell and pinned the woman.
According to the report, the victim works for a civilian contractor.
The woman was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle for treatment.
