Washington DOT worker killed when tree limb falls on him

The Seattle Times reports that Neal Richard, 42 of Forks, Washington, was killed today when a tree limb fell on him. Richard's was working for the Department of Transportation clearing Highway 101 near Port Angeles when the accident occurred.

Richards had been an employee for the Department of Transportation for 11 years and was working out of Port Angeles. He leaves a wife and two children.
