Forks man killed in Alaskan logging accident

The Seattle Times reports that James Michael Wallace, age 42, of Forks, Washington was killed in a logging accident on Price of Wales Island in Alaska.

According to the report, Wallace was fatally injured when he was hit by a piece of equipment in cutting area. Wallace was working at the Phoenix Logging operation on Dall Island when he was killed.
